摘　　要：阐述了护理培训模式改革的思路,介绍了新型护理培训的具体内容,总结了其在临床实践中的重要性,认为新型护理培训模式的使用拓宽了护士的视野,培养了主动思考的能力,增强了慎独精神,激发了护士学习规范服务的自觉性。Training is a kind of transmission, management admonished behavior of organizational knowledge, skills, standards, information and faith. At present, in domestic training, usually given priority to skills transfer. The use of new nursing training mode broadened the nurse＇s perspective, developed active thinking, enhanced the self-supervision spirit, and stimulated the nurses＇ con- sciousness of study standard service.
