摘　　要：17、18世纪是藏医史上重要的历史时期,藏医学在这个时期得到了很大的发展。1696年在拉萨创建的著名藏医学府迦布日医学利众院不仅为卫藏地区,而且为安多和蒙古各部培养了众多的优秀藏医人才。藏曼·益西桑布(gtsang smanyeshes bzang po)就是18世纪初学成于迦布日医学利众院,后又到安多地区传播藏医学的一位著名医学家。藏曼·益西桑布在安多地区生活了半个多世纪,培养学生,撰写医著,对藏医学在安多的传播起到了重要的作用。他是安多拉卜楞寺曼巴扎仓创建之时的首批教师之一,亲自制定了曼巴扎仓包括采药认药在内的医学教习制度。严格的医学教育制度使得拉卜楞寺曼巴扎仓成为卫藏之外最重要的藏医学传播中心之一,并在之后的岁月对藏医在安多和蒙古的传播持续发挥了重要作用。The 17th and 18th century were critical period for the history of Tibetan Medicine, and it was greatly developed during the period. In 1696, the famous medical school of central-Tibet ,Gaburi Tibetan Medical public school was set up in Lasa, which educated excellent Tibetan talents not only for Central-Tibetan area, also for tribes of Anduo district and Mongolian, Gtsang sman ye shes bzang po was one of them who studied there at the beginning of 18th century and spread Tibetan medicine at Anduo area later. He lived in Anduo for more than half of a century, trained students, composed medical books, who contributed greatly for the spreading of Tibetan medicine in Anduo. He was one of the first group of teachers when the Manbazhacang was set up at Labuleng Monastery. He himself made medical teaching and practicing regulations including that of learning and picking medicines. Strict medical educating systems made Mabazhacang of Labuleng the most important spreading center of Tibetan Medicine, and it made constant contribution for the spreading of Tibetan Medicine in Anduo and Mongolian area in later time.
