摘　　要：新疆铁矿选矿厂的破碎系统和磨选系统的工艺流程和设备选型存在不足,在现有基础上进行了优化改造,包括更换细碎破碎机,增加预先筛分和检查筛分;调整磨选系统工艺流程,增加一台小型磨矿机用于二段磨矿,将磨选系统由单系列改为双系列。为选厂今后生产和经营的正常发展,为企业节能增效、平稳运行提供了技术保证。Xinjiang XXX iron ore mine concentrator has shortcomings in the process and equipment selection of crushing and grinding and separation system, after optimization （including changing grinding mill, increasing preliminary and check bolting, regulating the process of grinding and separation system, adding a small marcy mill for two-degree grinding and changing the grinding and separation system from single series to double series）. These measures provided the technical support for the normal development of concentrator＇s production and management and PROFI energy.
