三氟丙基甲基硅油的乳化研究

摘　　要：通过采用转相乳化法,以较低黏度的三氟丙基甲基硅油为原料,以自制的FGM-661为乳化剂,成功制得了甲基氟硅油乳液,质量比为甲基氟硅油30%,FGM-661为15%,经离心实验证明乳液具有良好的稳定性,有一定应用价值。The methyl fluorosilicone oil emulsion was obtained through phase inversion emulsification method. Which is the lower viscosity trifluoropropyl methyl silicone oil as material, homemade FGM-661 as emulsifier. The present product has the mass ratio of 30% of the fluorosilicone oil, 15% of FGM-661. The centrifugation experiments prove emulsion having good stability. There is a certain application value.
