摘  要:以4个品系的甜瓜子叶节为外植体,在附加6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1+IAA 0.6 mg·L-1的MS培养基上诱导不定芽,研究甜瓜不定芽发生过程中SOD、POD和CAT 3种抗氧化酶活性、MDA含量、可溶性蛋白含量以及叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明,在甜瓜不定芽发生过程中,SOD和CAT活性变化与愈伤组织的早期发生及不定芽发育密切相关,其中SOD对愈伤组织的早期发生起关键作用;CAT对不定芽发育及成熟起主导作用;而POD作用不明显。可溶性蛋白质含量变化与甜瓜不定芽的诱导发生密切相关;叶绿素含量变化是甜瓜外植体生长状况的重要体现。The adventitious bud formation was induced on MS medium with 6-BA 1.0 mg. L-1 and IAA 0.6 mg. L-1 using four inbred lines of melon cotyledonary node as explants in the experiment, the changes of enzyme activity, content of MDA, soluble protein and chlorophyll during adventitious bud formation were invetigated. Results showed that changes of SOD and CAT activities were related closely to the occurrence of callus at the early stage and the development of adventitious buds during adventitious bud formation process of melon. It showed that CAT played the leading roles in the development and the maturation of adventitious bud in the culture process of melon, and SOD was the key in the occurrence of callus at initial stage of culture, but there was no obviously change in POD activity. At the same time, soluble protein content was related closely to the adventitious bud formation, and it was the change of chlorophyll content that was important to the growth condition of melon explants.
