厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚的效果。方法将2011年5月—2012年12月我院收治的42例原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚患者按照治疗方法分为两组,对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组采用厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压和左心室质量指数变化。结果治疗后观察组患者收缩压和舒张压低于对照组,左心室质量指数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚降压效果明显,能显著改善患者的左心室功能,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of left ventricular hypertrophy with essential hypertension.Methods 42 cases of May 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital in essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,the control group were treated with irbesartan treatment,observation group were treated with irbesartan combined with atorvastatin treatment.The changes of blood pressure and left ventricular mass index were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group of patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure was lower than the control group,the left ventricular mass index was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion Irbesartan combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy antihypertensive effect is obvious,can significantly improve left ventricular function in patients,is worthy of clinical application.
