摘 要:规模化小蚕共育中,单纯的利用药物已难以满足白僵病防治要求,而恒温控湿技术恰好可以满足其防治白僵病的需要。本研究表明,当蚕室温度控制在29℃±1℃,相对湿度低于80%,辅以空气消毒,可达到显著的白僵病预防和治疗效果,对3龄蚕的治愈率可达79.33%。恒温控湿技术是国内首次报道在规模化小蚕饲养中可治愈白僵病的实用技术。The simple use of drugs has been difficult to meet the requirements of prevention and control of white muscardine in Large-scale cooperative rearing of young silkworm, but the constant temperature and humidity control technique has just met its need. Experiments show that when the silkworm rearing room temperature was Controlled in 29 ± 1 ℃, relative humidity below 80%, supplemented by air disinfection, white muscardine prevention and treatment effect is remarkable. The cure rate achieved 79.33% for 3 instar silkworms. The constant temperature and humidity control technique is the first domestic reported practical technology that was able to cure white muscardine in Large-scale cooperative rearing of young silkworm.
