摘　　要：针对昆钢新区2500m3高炉开炉初期铁水粘罐严重这一状况，分析了导致铁水粘罐的原因，在生产中有目的的采取了一系列解决措施，有效降低了渣铁粘罐的发生，为新区炼铁工艺顺行提供了保障。According to the ladle adhesion of new 2 500 m3 blast furnace in Kungang new industrial park when blow-in, the causes were analyzed, a series of measures were took in the production process, effectively reducing the slag viscosity can occur, provided a guarantee for new iron-making process operation.
