摘　　要：干旱区的社会经济发展直接依赖于水资源的开发利用 ,水资源开发利用必须综合考虑经济、社会、生态三方面因素。本文分析了河西水资源状况 ,并以咸海为实例进行了比较 ,探讨了水资源可持续开发利用的评价原则 ,分析了河西水资源开发利用中存在的问题 ,并提出了河西水资源合理开发利用的建议。WT5BZ]:The socioeconomic development in arid areas depends directly on water resources whose exploitation should take into consideration the factors of economy, society and ecology. The present paper has analyzed the water conditions in the Hexi Corridor and made a comparison with the Salt Sea. The authors have suggested principles for evaluating the exploitation and ways to reasonably develop water resources in this area basing on the problems discovered therein. [WT5HZ]
