摘　　要：通过调查分析潍坊七中学生冬季体育锻炼的现状,探索潍坊七中学生冬季体育锻炼的行为特征、方式和学生参与体育锻炼受影响的因素,提出有利于学生形成冬季体育锻炼习惯的对策,提供潍坊七中冬季体育教学改革的参考依据。Through to the weifang student winter sports exercise in analysis of the status of the investigation, exploration of weifang student in winter physical exercise way, behavior characteristics and factors that influence the students to participate in physical exercise,countermeasures for the students form the winter physical exercise habits, and provide reference basis for winter sports teaching reform in weifang.
