摘  要:为实现高速列车舒适度和平稳性的实时检测,根据UIC513标准和GB 5595-1985,采用EPC-8000I-L嵌入式工控机主板和Linux实时操作系统设计并实现了一种人机界面丰富、实时性强、携带方便的列车舒适度和平稳性检测仪,重点讨论了平稳性舒适度检测仪的硬件结构、人机界面设计、数据处理方法以及为提高实时性所采用的模块拆分算法。通过把检测仪采集到的原始振动加速度信号传输给计算机进行检验计算,将计算结果和检测仪的检测结果进行对比分析,验证测试仪能够实时地准确测量并显示列车的舒适度和平稳性。In order to measure the comfort and stability of high-speed trains in real-time,a measuring device has been designed and implemented for this with the EPC-8000I-L embedded industrial control main board and Linux real-time operating system according to the requirements of standard UIC513 and GB 5595-1985.It has friendly graphical user interface,excellent realtime ability,and good portability.The paper mainly discussed the hardware structure,the graphical user interface,the data processing method and the new algorithm designed to increase the real-time capability.The original vibration acceleration signals acquired by the testing device are transmitted to the computer to be calculated.And the calculated and the measured results are compared and analyzed,which demonstrates that the testing apparatus can precisely measure the comfort and stability of the trains in real-time.
