皖江城市带服务外包产业群集聚效应研究

摘　　要：皖江城市带承接长三角产业转移,其中服务外包产业的发展符合本区域科学可持续发展的目的。服务外包产业的发展需要一个产业群集聚模式下的组团发展,梳理清楚服务外包产业群集聚效应的内涵、中央地方两级政策支持力度的核心以及概括出皖江城市带服务外包产业聚集效应从培育产业、改善环境,产业内外部制约和城市规划等四个角度去改善集聚为最终落脚点。Undertaking industrial transfer from Yangtze River Delta around Wanjiang City belt, including the development of service outsourcing industry in accordance with sustainable development of science and the purpose of the area. The development of service outsourcing industry needs another development an industry aggregation mode, clear the two levels of service outsourcing industry agglomeration connotation, agglomeration effects of central and local policy support core and summarizes the Wanjiang City Belt service outsourcing industry agglomeration effects from the cultivation of industry, improve the environment, four aspects of internal and external constraints and Industry city planning to improve the clustering as the ultimate goal.
