摘 要:传统冲压工序生产驱动桥桥壳片出现桥壳片翘曲现象,是驱动桥桥壳焊接质量不高的一个主要因素。以某款冲压成型的桥壳片上翘3mm量为例,基于有限元软件进行了桥壳片压平分析,得出了2286.7N时能够满足桥壳压平工艺要求。通过对未压平、压平和过压平3种类型的驱动桥桥壳有限元分析得知,压平后的桥壳应力最小。基于有限元分析进行驱动桥桥壳压平的方法为驱动桥工艺设计提供了一种新的设计方法。Axle housing is warped by using the traditional stamping process; it is a major factor caused low welding quality of the driving axle shell. One of the metal forming axle- houses upturned 3mm is taken as an example,based on finite element software, the flatten analysis of it is carried out,and it is indicated that it can meet the requirements of flatten process for axle house,when the press is 2286. 7N. By the comparison of finite element analysis result for 3 kinds of driving axle houses which are not flatten, flatten and overtake flatten,it is found that the stress of flatten axle house is the smallest. It provides a new method for the design of driving axle process,the finite element analysis is used to flat axle house.
