吉林省经济发展的负面效应与解决对策

摘　　要：吉林省在经济发展过程中同时出现了很多负面效应,下文分别从生态资源和生态环境破坏严重、水环境污染严重、煤炭资源濒临枯竭、农田土壤板结、超耗企业数量众多以及缺乏有效的制度保障这六个层面分析了吉林省经济发展过程中出现的负面效应,并由此提出相应的解决对策。There are many negative effects during the process of economic development in Jilin province.The paper analyzes the negative effects respectively from the following six aspects： the serious destruction of ecological resources and environment,the serious pollution of water environment,the almost exhausted coal resources,the harden farmland soil,over-consumption of too many enterprises and the lack of effective institutional safeguard,and then the corresponding countermeasures have been put forward.
