快速成型技术在颌面外伤围手术期护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结快速成型技术在颌面外伤患者围手术期的护理效果。方法通过对整形外科收治的16例颌面部外伤患者围手术期的综合护理,利用三维重建和快速成型技术制作的手术前后模型进行护理教育,提高患者对病情的直观认知及心理耐受能力。结果本组患者术后无一例感染、血肿发生,面部外形基本对称,生理功能基本恢复。本组患者都对颜面部的形态效果表示满意,达到心理预期目标。结论快速成型技术在颌面外伤畸形患者围手术期恢复的护理过程中占有非常重要的地位。利用快速成型技术的应用,有利于患者对病情、治疗过程和结果的认知,有利于增强患者战胜病痛的信心。Objective To summarize the effect of nursing to the patients with maxillofacial trauma using rapid prototyping technique during perioperative period. Methods The perioperative period comprehensive nursing was performed in 16 cases of maxillofacial trauma in the plastic surgery departmen. The nursing education was carried out by using the model made according to the three dimensional reconstruction and rapid prototyping technology before and after the surgery to improve the intuitive cogni- tion of disease and ability of psychological resistance of patients. Results No cases were with infection or hematoma. The patients got a basic symmetry of facial appearance and the basic recovery of physiological function. They were satisfied with their facial ap- pearance and achieved the psychological expectation. Conclusion The rapid prototyping technology plays a great important role in the perioperative nursing of patients with maxillofacial trauma. It is benefit to the intuitive cognition of disease condition,treatment process and outcome;and improves their confidence to defeat the disease.
