曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效观察与护理分析

摘　　要：目的研究整体护理对应用曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法抽取2010年10月-2012年10月120例患有冠心病心力衰竭的患者,在常规药物基础上采用曲美他嗪进行治疗,并进行整体护理。结果本组120例患者,显效68例,有效48例,无效4例,总有效率为96.67%。超声心电图指标变化本组患者干预前后LVD、LVEF差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后生活质量得分明显高于干预前得分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后HAMD评分、SSS评分均比干预前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论应用曲美他嗪对患有冠心病心力衰竭的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显,整体护理对于保证治疗效果具有重要意义。Objective To research the effects of holistic nursing on congestive heart failure patients with coronary heart disease treated with trimetazidine. Methods From October 2010 to October 2012,120 cases of coronary heart disease with heart failure were given trimetazidine treatment and holistic nursing based on the conventional drugs therapy. Results Among 120 patients,68 cases were markedly effective,48 cases were effective,4 cases were invalid, the total efficiency of 96.67%. There was statistical difference in LVD and LVEF by ultrasonic cardiogram before and after the intervention（ P 〈 0.05 ）. QOL of patients was improved obviously（ P 〈 0.05）. HAMD score and Scandinavian Stroke Scale（SSS） score were improved significantly after intervention（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect of trimetazidine on patients suffering from coronary heart disease with heart failure is very obvious,the holistic nursing care has important significance to ensure the curative effect.
