摘　　要：目的:探讨128层螺旋CT在肋骨病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:对45例经手术和病理证实,或经临床动态观察证实的肋骨病变进行128层螺旋CT检查与后处理重建。结果:45例病变中,32例为良性病变,其中10例为骨岛,9例为骨纤维异常增殖症,5例为软骨类良性肿瘤,4例为结核,4例为陈旧骨折。恶性病变13例,其中转移瘤8例,骨髓瘤4例,骨巨细胞瘤1例。结论:128层螺旋CT断层扫描及其后处理技术(包括VR、MPR、MIP、CPR)可完整显示肋骨病变的细微改变,在肋骨病变诊断中具有非常明显的应用价值。Objective： To evaluate the clinical application of 128-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib lesions.Methods： 45 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology, or confirmed by clinical observe dynamic rib lesions for 128-slice spiral CT examination and post-processing reconstruction.Results： In 45 cases, 32 cases of benign lesions, including 10 cases of bone island, 9 cases of abnormal bone fibre hyperplasia, cartilage for 5 cases of benign tumors, 4 cases of tuberculosis, 4 cases of old fracture.13 cases of malignant lesions, including, 8 cases of metastatic tumors, 4 cases of myeloma, giant cell tumor 1 case. Conclusion： 128-slice spiral CT scanning and post-processing technique （including VR and MPR, MIP, or CPR） can complete a rib lesions of small change, it has obvious application value in the diagnosis.
