摘　　要：1964年第一辆丰田轿车出口到中国，1993年丰田建立了第一家生产铝车轮钢圈企业，1998年丰田才分别与第一汽车集团和广州汽车工业集团合作，在成都、天津、广州、长春、上海合资建立了6个整车工厂和4个发动机工厂等整车及发动机企业。丰田汽车公司留给中国人的印象是保守、缓慢的。The idea of selecting sole suppliers for Toyota Joint-venture companies with same kind of parts and in the same area is introduced, as well as to the unique series of activities in management for suppliers. Build and create a green suppliers chain system with excellent quality, reasonable cost and relatively stable in supplying goods.
