摘 要:目的分析新疆维吾尔自治区2007~2011年甲型病毒性肝炎(甲肝)的流行病学特征,为预防控制甲肝提供参考。方法通过中国法定传染病报告系统获得发病资料,应用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 2007~2011年,新疆维吾尔自治区甲肝五年平均发病率为18.64/10万(8.93/10万~40.38/10万),发病高峰为8~11月。南疆地区五年平均发病率(24.62/10万)高于北疆地区(12.22/10万);男性发病率(23.38/10万)高于女性(16.91/10万),<15岁儿童病例占总报告病例的65.57%。结论甲肝是影响公众健康的一种重要传染病,疫苗对预防甲肝有保护作用。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of viral hepatitis A in Xinjiang uygur autonomous region during 2007-2011,and to provide reference for Hepatitis A control and prevention.Methods The data of hepatitis A from national infectious diseases reporting system during 2007-2011was epidemiological analyzed.Results The reported average incidence rate during 2007-2011 was 18.64/100,000 ( 8.93/100,000-40.38/100,000 ),the incidence peakis from August to November;the southern areas of Xinjiang,5 years average incidence was 24.62/100,000 that was higher than northern 12.22/100,000;male incidence was higher than female,incidence of the total reported incidence among 15year old children was 65.57 % .Conclusion Hepatitis A is an important infectious diseases to the public health,vaccination of hepatitis A vaccine plays an important role for preventing Hepatitis A.
