摘  要:以溶媒法合成的一种高取代度羧甲基淀粉DRJ为铁矿物抑制剂,对铁品位为43.57%的鞍钢齐大山铁矿选矿厂磁选混合精矿进行了反浮选工艺技术条件试验,结果表明:阴离子羧甲基淀粉DRJ对铁矿物有较强的抑制作用,在DRJ用量为400 g/t、CaCl2为200 g/t、LKY为600 g/t、矿浆pH=11.5的情况下,1次反浮选即可获得铁品位为65.95%,回收率为89.22%的铁精矿。精尾矿的XRD和SEM分析表明,DRJ除对铁矿物有较强的选择性抑制作用外,还在浮选时表现出良好的分散作用。A new kind of carboxymethyl starch with high degree substitution,DRJ synthesized by the solvent method was used as depressor of iron ore.Technical conditioning tests of reverse flotation for mixed magnetic concentrate in beneficiation plant of Anshan Qidashan Iron Ore with Fe grade of 43.57% were made.The results showed that anionic carboxymethyl starch DRJ has a strong inhibiting effect on iron minerals.Under the condition of the dosage of DRJ 400 g/t,CaCl2 200 g/t,and collector LKY 600 g/t,pH=11.5,the iron concentrate with Fe grade of up to 65.95% and Fe recovery of 89.22% was obtained by one-stage reserve flotation.XRD and SEM analysis indicated that DRJ not only has a strong inhibiting but also with a good depressing effect in iron ore flotation.
