摘  要:采用紧密纺和环锭纺2种成纱方法纺制3种混纺比例的蓄热调温纤维/羊绒混纺纱,并对纱线的强伸性、条干、毛羽等性能进行了测试,结合混纺纱的径向分布情况,分析比较了2种不同成纱方法对纱线性能的影响。结果表明:紧密纺技术因减小了纺纱三角区并使蓄热调温纤维/羊绒混纺纱中纤维的转移程度降低,出现了与环锭纺蓄热调温纤维/羊绒混纺纱相反的纤维转移趋势,反映在纱线性能上是紧密纺技术显著降低了成纱毛羽,提高了成纱的强伸性能,并改善了成纱条干。因此在智能调温/羊绒混纺产品设计中,可以选择紧密纺成纱方法纺制蓄热调温纤维/羊绒混纺纱以改善成纱性能,且紧密纺蓄热调温纤维/羊绒混纺纱中羊绒纤维有向外层转移的趋势,这有助于使纱线及其织物显示羊绒纤维的风格特征。In this paper,it used compact spinning and ring spinning to spin thermo-regulated cashmere blended yarns with different blending ratios,and tested yarn tensile property,evenness,and fiber/hairiness performance,and did comparative analysis on the effects of different spinning methods on yarn structure and yarn properties.The results showed that compact spinning technology can significantly reduce yarn hairiness,improve tensile property and yarn evenness,for reducing spinning triangle space and fiber migration.In the thermo-regulated cashmere product design,compact spinning method can be appropriately selected to improve the yarn properties,and in compact spinning blend yarn cashmere tend to move outside,which can help the blend yarn and its fabric had the style characteristic of cashmere.
