摘  要:研究了不同用量DCCA处理对变异山羊绒纤维结构与性能的影响。通过对处理前后4种类型纤维拉伸性能、摩擦性能、表面形态、化学基团的对比分析得出:DCCA处理后,4种类型纤维的断裂强力和断裂伸长率明显降低;4种类型纤维静摩擦效应和动摩擦效应变化较大,DCCA用量为7%(owf)时,4种类型纤维的静摩擦效应和动摩擦擦效应都在5%(owf)左右;处理后纤维鳞片部分脱落,轮廓变得模糊,并有少许碎片黏附在纤维表面;纤维大分子中二硫键氧化断裂,纤维中无规则结构增加。The paper is mainly to study the structure and properties of variable cashmere fibers by Chlorinated isocyanuric acid two sodium(DCCA) of different concentration.After treated by DCCA,the following conclusions are obtained by analysing strength and elongation,friction,morphological structure and chemical groups of the four types of fibers.Break strength and break elongation of the fibers decrease.Static and dynamic friction effects of the fibers change largely.When the concentration of DCCA is 7%(owf),static and dynamic friction effects of the fibers are all about 5%(owf).Flakes of some fibers fall off partly and the contours become blurred.A few of flakes adhere on the surface of fibers.Two sulfur bonds of macromolecules break and the irregular structures increase.
