摘 要:文章对一种非乳化和毛油进行分析,采用硅胶柱吸附色谱法分离样品油剂中各表面活性剂组分,并利用红外光谱法对分离组分进行结构鉴定,确定出该纺织油剂的化学组成。结果表明:该油剂样品主要由非离子表面活性剂及其它组分组成,其中硅油占5.74%,油酸酯占8.57%,油酸酯聚氧乙基醚占15.94%,PEG占24.59%,水占45.16%。文章提出的研究方法对确定合成纤维油剂的化学组成具有实用性,研究结果对非乳化和毛油的开发研制,具有一定的参考价值。This paper analyzes a kind of non-emulsification oleine oil,separats sample oil in the surfactant component used by silicagel column chromatography.The components of the structures were identified by infrared spectroscopy to determine the chemical composition of the spinning oil agent.The results show that the oil sample is mainly composed of nonionic surfactants and other components.The silicone oil is 5.74%,oleic acid ester is 8.57%,oleic acid ester polyoxyethylene ether is 15.94%,the PEG is 24.59%,water is 45.16%.Research methods in this paper is practical to determine the chemical synthetic fiber oil agent composition.The research results developed for non-emulsification oleine oil has a certain reference value.
