摘　　要：由于煤矿的特殊工作环境,对其使用的设备也有着特殊的要求。对于煤矿辅助运输车辆,要求其制动装置必须具有很高的可靠性和安全性。传统车辆采用的鼓式制动器或钳盘式制动器不符合煤矿防爆要求,而湿式多盘制动器具有防爆、安全、可靠、工作性能稳定、制动力矩大和冷却效果好等优点,在煤矿车辆中得到了广泛应用。Because of The special working environment of coal mine,the use of equipment also has special requirements.For coal mine auxiliary transport vehicle,the braking device has high reliability and safety.The traditional vehicle drum brake or caliper disc system does not meet the requirements set for coal mine explosion-proof,but the wet multi disc brake is explosion-proof,safe,reliable,stable,and has large braking torque,good cooling effect and other advantages,the vehicle has been widely applied in coal mine.
