摘　　要：分析了矿井摩擦式提升机钢丝绳张力平衡装置使用现状,基于应用钢丝绳液压自动平衡装置,研究了利用液压传感技术和漏泄无线传输技术的钢丝绳张力检测技术方案,探讨了因摩擦式提升机钢丝绳张力不平衡而存在的提升隐患,总结了钢丝绳液压自动平衡装置性能检测的必要性。Analyzes the using status of steel wire ropes tension balance device of friction hoist in coal mine.Based on the application of steel wire ropes hydraulic automatic balance device,researched on the steel wire ropes tension test technical scheme based on hydraulic pressure sensor and leak wireless transmission technique.Discusses the existed hoist hazard because of unbalanced tension of friction hoist steel wire ropes.Summarizes the function test necessity of steel wire ropes hydraulic automatic balance device.
