摘 要:目前国内煤矿井下一般为斜井输送,因此,带式输送机得到最为广泛的使用。带式输送倾角大、距离长,为提高其安全可靠性及输送效率,多采用钢丝绳芯输送带。但是受到技术水平以及诸多客观因素的影响,硫化接头往往是输送带最薄弱环节之一。输送用的输送带一旦发生断带事故,其破坏力极为巨大,损失惨重。因此,深入研究带式输送机断带原因,并设计研发出安全可靠的带式输送机断带抓捕器,对降低断带事故造成的危害和保证矿山的安全生产具有重要的指导意义。In the current case,the domestic coal mine generally inclined shaft conveyor,therefore,the belt conveyor is widely used.Due to the big angle,long distance transportation,in order to improve the safety and reliability and transmission efficiency,use the steel cord conveyor belt.Due to the limitation of technical level and some objective conditions,sulfide joints often become one of the weakest link in the conveyor belt.If the belt conveyor once broken,its destructive power is very heavy,huge loss.Therefore,further study of belt conveyor fault belt,and design the development of the safe and reliable strip break catch,has an important guiding significance to reduce he damage of strip break accidents and ensure the safety of mine production.
