摘　　要：介绍了频谱诊断球磨机故障的理论依据和方法,对球磨机进行了现场振动测试,观察谱图,提取有用的图片,通过对谱图的分析诊断,找出了故障产生的原因和确定的故障部位,起到了早发现、早预防的作用。Introduces the spectrum diagnosis ball mill fault theoretical basis and methods for ball mill in the vibration test,observation spectrum diagram,this paper puts forward useful pictures,through the spectrum diagram analysis diagnosis,find out the reasons causing trouble and determine the fault position,and played the early discovery,early prevention role.
