摘 要:在常规的聚合物冻胶体系中添加了聚丙烯短纤维,通过室内评价实验和岩心驱替实验对该体系进行评价。以单一的冻胶体系为对比,研究了聚丙烯短纤维-冻胶体系的性能,得出在相同的条件下,聚丙烯短纤维-聚合物冻胶体系的性能均优于单一的冻胶体系。在岩心驱替实验中,纤维-聚合物冻胶体系的封堵率达到了99%以上,与单一的冻胶体系相差不大;但是其突破压力为2.91MPa,远大于冻胶体系的1.25 MPa;其耐冲刷性能良好,在水驱1 426.5cm3以后压力仍保持稳定,而单一的冻胶体系则在水驱6 788.3cm3后,压力逐渐降低。由此可知,在冻胶体系内加入聚丙烯短纤维来改善其耐冲刷性是可行的。The polypropylene short fiber-gel system,which developed from the conventional polymer gel system by adding polypropylene staple fiber,was evaluated through the indoor experiment and core displacement experiment.Its properties were studied in contrast of the gel system.It is proved that,in the same conditions(temperature,mineralize,pH),the natural capacity of the fiber-gel system is better than the gel system.In the following plugging experiment,plugging rate of the fiber-gel system is above 99% which is similar with the gel system.However,its breakthrough pressure is 2.91MPa,which is much higher than that of the gel system,known as 1.25MPa.Its washing resistance is also better than the gel system when the water flooding is above 6 788.3cm^3 and its pressure maintains stable.The pressure of the gel system reduces gradually after 1 426.5cm^3 water flooding.Therefore it is available to improve washing resistance by adding polypropylene staple fiber to gel system.
