摘  要:以天津1Mt大乙烯MTBE装置的剩余碳四(C4)和氢气为原料,通过催化剂固定床反应器,在起始温度室温,操作压力2.0~2.4MPa,氢油比H2/C4=为1.05,体积空速2.4~18h-1,进料烯烃质量分数18.8%的反应条件下,将剩余C4中的烯烃加氢完全转化为饱和烷烃,生成的C4烷烃是优质乙烯裂解料,可以部分缓解天津1Mt大乙烯装置裂解料短缺的问题,研制的低温非贵金属Mo-Ni催化剂有很好的加氢性能,并能再生使用。Using residual carbon four(C4)and hydrogen from MTBE Unit of Tianjin 1Mt/a Ethylene Plant as raw materials,olefins in residual C4was hydrogenated and completely converted to saturated alkane.The process was carried out through a fixed bed reactor filled with catalyst,starting at room temperature,with operating pressure of 2.0-2.4MPa,hydrogen/oil ratio n(H2)∶n(C4=)=1.05,volume space velocity of 2.4-18h-1,olefin equivalent material of 18.8%.C4alkane is a kind of high quality ethylene cracking feed which can partly alleviate cracking material shortage problem of Tianjin 1Mt/a Ethylene Plant.Low temperature non-noble metal Mo-Ni series catalyst,developed by Research Institute of Sinopec Tianjin Company,has good hydrogenation performance and can be regenerated.
