摘  要:大坝投运初期面临的安全风险相对较大。结合类似工程案例和溪洛渡水电站工程实际情况,分析了工程建成投运后在地震震损、坝体开裂、泄洪消能设施损坏及库岸边坡失稳等方面可能面临的安全风险,并从运行管理角度,提出了从制度建设、技术管理和科技创新等方面入手采取的应对措施,以确保大坝运行初期的安全稳定。The safety risk of a dam is relatively high in initial operation. Combined with similar engineering cases and the actual situation of Xiluodu Hydropower Station, the safety risks of project operation are analyzed from the aspects of earthquake damage, dam cracking, damage of flood discharge and energy dissipation facilities and slope collapse. The countermeasures for eliminating the safety risks are proposed from the perspective of operation and management to ensure the safety and stability of dam in initial operation, such as rules and regulations establishment, technical management and technology innovation.
