摘　　要：中介绍了S波段低温低噪声放大器的研制。在15K左右的环境温度下,300MHz带宽内,实测放大器的等效噪声温度≤4.6K,增益≥35dB,增益平坦度≤1.0dB,输入、输出回波损耗≤-20dB。它已经成功运用于射电天文等领域。A S - band cryogenic low - noise amplifier was designed and manufactured. When it was cooled down to ambient temperature about 15K, the circuit could provide greater than 35dB of gain, noise temperature was less than 4.6K, gain flatness was less than 1.0dB, input and output return - loss was less than - 20dB in the bandwidth of 300MHz. The amplifier was suc- cessfully applied to radio astronomy and other fields.
