摘　　要：介绍了内压缩流程制氧机工艺特点、安装方法及质量控制措施,阐述了新工艺、新技术的应用并对上塔与主冷安装质量问题进行了分析处理,保证了工程质量。Introduction of the air separation with internal describes the process characteristics, installation method, compression was gived by writer, The article quality control measures and the application of new technology and new process; the problems of LP column and main cold installation quality are analyzed and processed, thus ensuring the quality of the project.
