摘　　要：目的解决重症医学科患者转出困难。方法品管圈活动。结果重症医学科转出困难患者占需转出患者的比例由活动前的17.99%降至活动后的2.3%。结论品管圈活动较好地解决了重症医学科患者转出困难问题。Objective To solve the problem of patients transferred out from Intensive Care Medicine. Methods The quality control circle activities. Results The rate of the patients difficult to transfer out of Intensive Care Medicine was decreased from 17.99% to 2.3% after the activities. Conclusion Quality Control Circle solved the problem of patients transferred out from In- tensive Care Medicine.
