摘　　要：通过对传统决策支持系统(DSS)使用率不高的原因进行分析,介绍了移动决策支持系统(Mob DSS)的优势,认为后者对于护理管理者实现透明目标管理、主动管理、实时管理和有效决策等具有重要意义。Through the cause analysis for the low usage of traditional decision support system （ DSS）, the study introduced the advantages of mobile decision support system （ Mob DSS }. The mobile decision support system plays an important role for nurse managers in transparent management, active management, real -time management and effective decision -making.
