摘  要:研究数控折弯机控制器的算法。为了使数控折弯机工作高效、可靠,又使系统具有柔性,避免上模对工件造成机械冲击,也避免油对油缸造成冲击,综合考虑,采用S形算法控制上模的纵向运动,解决算法中的Amax和Dmax参数的取值区间,并给出实例,通过遍历Amax和Dmax参数的取值区间,用MATLAB绘出速度-时间曲线簇和速度-位移曲线簇。该算法已经应用在实际的数控折弯机系统中,并已收到良好的效果,各项指标均满足要求。The algorithm of CNC press brake controller was studied. In order to improve efficiency, reliability, and flexibility of the CNC press brake, to avoid mechanical shock on the workpiece, and to avoid shock on the oil cylinder, S-shape algorithm was used to control longitudinal motion of upper die. The value ranges of parameters Am~ and Din~ in the algorithm were solved, and an ex- ample was given with MATLAB simulation. Through gridding A~~ and Dm~ in the value ranges, a bunch of velocity-time curves and a bunch of velocity-displacement curves were drawn. The algorithm has been applied in the CNC press brake, and good results have been received.
