摘　　要：时代性和创新性是马克思主义民族观的核心特征。在新的历史阶段,马克思主义民族观教育在中国特色社会主义建设事业中的重要地位日益凸显,而现有的教育体系和模式跟不上新形势、新任务、新要求,需要通过"明确指导思想,加强基础研究""促进全民教育,突出教育重点""丰富教育内容,做到四个结合""完善教育途径,实现三方联动"等四个方面,来进一步加强和改进马克思主义民族观教育,以应对新问题、新挑战。Marxism national concept is strongly characterized by times and innovation. At a new histori cal stage, the education of Marxism national concept is becoming more and more important in the con- struction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, the present educational systems and modes haven＇t caught up with the new situations, new missions and new requirements. To cope with the challenges from these new problems, we should strengthen and improve the education of Marxism national concept mainly from the following four respects： ＂to develop an explicit guiding ideology and reinforce basic research＂; ＂to promote nationwide education and highlight educational focus＂, ＂to enrich educational contents and achieve the four combinations＂; and ＂to perfect educational approaches and a- chieve the three party＇s coordination＂.
