摘　　要：从"两化融合"的内涵及意义入手,构建了"两化融合"的评价指标体系,在此基础上运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对"两化融合"的发展阶段进行了综合评价,并以河北省为例,运用"两化融合"的评价体系进行分析,得出河北省"两化融合"的程度为起步阶段,这一结论与实际相一致。From the point of the connotation and significance of the integration between informationiza- tion and industrialization, the evaluation index system of the integration between informationization and industrializtion is constructed. On the basis, the stage of development is appraised by the method of an- alytic hierarchy proeess（AHP）and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. For example, the evaluation system of the integration between informationization and industrializtion is analyzed in Hebei Province. The re- sult shows that the level of the integration between informationization and industrializtion in Hebei Province is in a fledging period, and the conclusion is consistent with the actual.
