摘　　要：从环首都经济圈发展背景和构建意义着手,分析了环首都经济圈的发展现状和构建条件,从实际出发,指出了构建环首都经济圈面临的主要问题,系统地从城市主体定位与产业分工、区域政府间合作、交通等基础设施以及生态环境方面进行分析,最后,针对主要问题,进行了对策研究,提出加快构建环首都经济圈要加强产业分工、政府合作、交通设施、生态环境等方面的建设与协调发展。From the background and construction significance of the development of the Capital Economic Circle, this paper analyzes the status quo and building conditions of the Capital Economic Circle; from Hebei Province reality, it points out the main problems of the Capital Economic Circle and systematical- ly analyzes the city＇s main positioning and industrial division, regional intergovernmental cooperation, transport infrastructure and ecological environment. At last, the paper carries out the countermeasure study on main problems, and puts forward to building and coordinative development of industrial divi- sion, government cooperation, transport infrastructure and ecological environment in order to accelerate the construction of Capital Economic Circle.
