摘 要:以天女木兰当年生半木质化嫩枝为试验材料,采用正交试验方法对影响插穗生根的基质类型、植物生长调节剂种类及其浓度进行了研究。结果表明:植物生长调节剂种类是影响扦插生根的主要因素,基质类型是影响生根率的次要因素,植物生长调节剂浓度是影响生根数量及生根长度的次要因素。以等比例的珍珠岩和草炭土作为基质,以50mg/L NAA浸泡插穗4h,生根率达50%;以等比例的珍珠岩和蛭石作为基质,以100mg/LABT1浸泡插穗4h,生根量达28条/株,生根长度达2.95cm。The type and concentration of plant growth regulators on rooting of Magnolia sieboldii were studied by the orthogonal experiment using semi -lignifieation twigs as experiment materials. The results showed that the type of plant growth regulators was the main factor of influencing rooting. The second factor influencing rooting rate was the type of matrix. The second factor influencing the length and quantity of root was the concentration of plant growrh regulators. The rooting rate reached 50% when the branches were soaked in the 50mg/L NAA solution for 4h using the same proportion of pearlite and turf as matrix. The root quantity reached 28 pieces per cutting branch and the average length of root was 2. 95cm when the branches were soaked in the solution of 100mg/L ABT1 for 4h, and the same proportion of pearlite and vermiculite was used for matrix.
