摘 要:论文叙述了冷堆焊技术的原理、特点及国内外的发展现状。研究冷堆焊技术的工艺特点与流程,并用冷堆焊技术对零件损坏表面进行修复。采用线切割截取工件截面,并通过结合强度试验和金相组织观察冷堆焊结果。研究表面,冷堆焊在焊接过程中热影响区小,结合强度较高,结合面裂缝和气泡少,因而冷堆焊是一种良好的表面修复方法。The principle, characteristic and development of the colding-welding technology were narrated in this paper. ABrasion surface of the part was repaired using colding-weldmg technology, and its technics and process were investigated. The abrasing part was cut using line incising technology and the colding-welding results were observed and analyzed using binding intension investigation and metallographic ex- amination. The results showed that the heat influencing area was smaller during welding process, binding intension was higher, and cracks and bubbles were much less in the binding interface when using colding-welding technology. Therefore, the colding-welding technology was a better method to repair abrasion surface of part.
