喷烘一体室与喷漆室、烘干室分开设置的经济技术性比较

摘　　要：喷漆室和烘干室是现代轨道车辆涂装车间重要的设备,这两种设备也可以合在一起建成喷烘一体室。结合轨道车辆涂装作业特点及长客股份公司高速动车组制造基地涂装车间规划建设的具体情况,对这两种设备配置方案在技术上和经济上进行了多方面较为深入的分析比较,得出了喷漆室和烘干室分开比喷烘一体无论从技术上还是经济上均具有明显优势的结论。Spray booth and baking booth are important equipments in modern painting workshop for railway vehicle manufacture and these two kinds of equipment can also be combined to build an integrated spray-baking booth. Deep analysis and comparison are conducted from multi-aspects of technology and economy related with the two different ways of equipment configuration, based on the characteristics of rail- way vehicle painting and the building experience of a new painting workshop. The conclusion was drawn that the separate spray booth and baking oven are more advantageous over the integrated spray-baking booth both from technology and economy.
