摘 要:把离散余弦变换DCT(Discrete cosine transform)数据压缩方法引入了色谱信号处理领域。采用该方法的步骤为:压缩处理是将输入数据进行DCT变换,将变换后的数据根据数据压缩率保留前面的数据,抛弃后面的数据,就获得了压缩后的数据;解压缩处理是把压缩后的数据补0到原始数据长度,再进行DCT逆变换,然后获得复原后的数据。通过对色谱信号的试验研究表明,基于DCT数据压缩方法能把色谱数据压缩到原来的1/25后,再较好地复原数据,并且可以对色谱数据自动进行滤波处理。该研究成果能广泛地用于色谱数据压缩领域。The DCT-based data reduction method was introduced to the field of chromatogram signal process. The steps of the method is that, first the input serial was transformed using DCT, then reserve the forepart of the transformed signal as compressed data based on the pre- concerted reduction rate and discard the remainder. To recover the original data, fill up zeros at the end of the compressed data to the length of the original data, then apphed inverse DCT to the filled up data, the recover data was formed. A simulate experiment was researched using the method, results showed that the method has ability to recover the chromatogram signal at the reduction rate of 1/25 well and to filter the data automatically. The result of the study can be generally used in chromatogram data reduction field.
