摘　　要：张謇是著名的近代实业家,也是一名出色的教育家。由于传统藏书体制弊端的影响、西学东渐浪潮的影响和古越藏书楼的启发,张謇萌发了兴办近代公共图书馆的动机,并形成了其近代公共图书馆理论体系。张謇对近代公共图书馆事业的发展做出了贡献。Zhang Jian is not only a famous industrialist in the late Qing Dynasty, but also an outstanding educator. impact of the drawbacks of traditional library system and the wave of the eastward transmission of western sciences and the inspiration of Guyue Library, which made Zhang formed his theoretical system of modern public modem public library cause.
