摘　　要：以长春图书馆未成年人公益性文化服务为例,探讨了公共图书馆如何履行为未成年人服务与维权的社会职责的问题,指出依法为未成年人读书学习真诚服务没有终点、维护未成年人读书学习的合法权益没有止境。Taking Changchun Library＇ s nonprofit cultural service for juveniles as an example, this paper probes into the problem of how the public library to perform its social responsibility of serving juveniles and safeguarding their legal rights, and points out that the sincere service for juveniles＇ reading and learning according to law has no termination, and safeguard the legal rights of juveniles＇ reading and learning has no end.
