摘　　要：云计算是信息产业目前最新最热的研究方向之一,云计算技术专利又是云计算技术与知识产权结合的一种必然趋势和最终结果。采用国家知识产权局公开的云计算专利数据,结合科技情报与电子、计算机等交叉学科的特点,对云计算中国专利总体趋势、云计算在华申请专利国省分布、云计算重点专利技术以及云计算专利法律状态进行了研究,目的是为了摸清我国云计算领域的专利分布和跨国公司的垄断现象,为我国云计算技术的顺利实施提供参考建议。Cloud computing is currently one of the hottest new research directions of information industry. Cloud computing technology patent is an inevitable trend and the final result of the combination of cloud computing technology and intellectual property. Adopting the data of cloud computing patents published by State Intellectual Property Office, and connecting with the characteristics of inter-disciplines among sci-tech intelligence, electronics and computer, etc., this paper studies the overall trend of Chinese patents of cloud computing, the distribution of countries and provinces applying for the patents of cloud computing in China, the key patent technologies of cloud computing and the legal status of patents for cloud computing, aiming at making clear the patents distribution of China＇s cloud computing fields and the multinational monopolies, and providing some references for the smooth implementation of cloud computing technology in China.
