摘　　要：对情报与情报服务利用的研究不仅影响用户培训计划的设计,更会影响所提供的情报服务的选择。通过对在课程内容设置与培训方式两个方面所形成的高校情报用户检索培训壁垒的分析,提出了要重点培养情报用户具备与情报系统对话的能力、编制情报检索算法的能力、准确提问的能力以及改进培训方式等对策。The research on the utilization of information and information service affects not only the design of the user training plan, but also the choice of provided information service. Through the analysis on the barriers for university information users＇ retrieval training which are formed from the two aspects of the course content setting and the training mode, and puts forward some countermeasures of focusing on cultivating information users＇ abilities of dialoguing with the information system, compiling information retrieval algorithms and accurately questioning, and improving the training mode, etc.
