欧盟和东南亚一体化进程及启示——基于商业组织影响力的视角

摘　　要：欧盟一体化的发展,其商业组织的推动作用功不可没。特别是欧洲工业家圆桌会议(ERT)在欧盟一体化形成与发展中起到了非常重要的作用。相比较而言,东南亚的商业组织由于其受到了政府的指派与任命,其对大区域一体化的影响力和协调能力远不如欧洲的ERT。在我国商业组织抑或称为行业协会,在推进一体化进程中所发挥的作用,尽管也有着不凡的业绩,但局限性更为突出。因此,本文主要目的是通过比较,分析欧洲和东南亚的一体化进程中商业组织的作用以及影响力;指出我国行业协会在一体化中作用的局限性及问题所在;在此基础上,借鉴经验,为完善和强化我国商业组织的影响力提供启示与建议。The business representation is good for the development of European integration in Europe,especially ERT.In Southeast Asia,the influence of business representation is much smaller than ERT in Europe because of the effect of the government.In China,the business representation gets named the industrial association and develops the regional integration,but the effect is limited.So this article aims to articulate business representation in the process to wards creating a unified market by comparing the regional integration process in Europe and in Southeast Asia.We can get the knowledge of the limitation of the industrial association in the regional integration in China.Then,we can get some proposals for developing our business representation.
