广西现有桑蚕品种抗氟性测定初报

摘　　要：对广西现有的桑蚕品种进行了氟化物的抗性差异测试研究。测试出供试的 4 4个桑蚕品种之间抗氟性差异 ,其中演金黄抗氟性最强 ,全龄连续添食 2 0 0 ppm氟化钠溶液 ,虫蛹生命率达 92 .11% ,4～ 5龄连续添食 50 0 ppm,虫蛹生命率 94 .12 %。同时通过对不同品种、不同添食浓度的虫蛹生命率差异的方差分析及氟化物中毒病斑出现的时间将供试品种的抗氟性划分为强、较强、中等、弱。The examination of tolerance to fluoride was conducted for 44 kinds of the existed Silkworm varieties in GuangXi, “YAN Jin huang” showed the highest fluoride tolerance among all tested varieties.In the continue feeding of 200×10 -6 sodium fluoride throughout growing season ,the survive rate of the silkworms was 92.11%. The survive rate was up to 94.12% as continue feeding of 500×10 -6 sodium fluoride in larvas aged 4 to 5. The toleranc to fluoride was divided into five grades:more strong,strong,moderation,weak,sensitive,according to the variance analysis of survive rate of silkworms in different concentrations of fluoride and appearing time of poisoned patches.
