摘  要:用不同致病力的 372个甘薯青枯病菌株接种惠红早、惠仙薯、广薯 15、湘农黄皮、华北4 8、湘薯 75- 55等 6个鉴别品种 ,所得 2 2 32个病情指数数据经系统聚类分析结果 ,当 D为 0 .31时可将 6个鉴别品种分为抗、中、感 3类 ,即惠红早、惠仙薯为 S;广薯 15、湘农黄皮为 M;华北 4 8、湘薯 75- 55为 R。以不同致病力 (强、中、弱 )甘薯青枯菌混合菌株制备成粗毒素 ,用剪叶、针刺、喷雾、灌根等 4种接种方法测定 6个鉴别品种的抗瘟性 ,采用 L otusl- 2 - 3电脑软件 t测验法综合分析 4种接种方法对 6个鉴别品种致萎性的影响程度 ,检验结果表明 。Six different sweet potato varieties Huihongzao,Huixianshu,Guangshu 15,Xiangnonghuangpi,Huabei 48,Xiangshu 75\|55 were inoculated with 372 strains of Ralstonia solanacearum isolated from sweet potatoes.The isoenzyme analysis results of 2232 data from experiments showed that Huihongzao and Huixianshu were susceptible,Guangshu 15 and Xiangnonghuangpi were medium\|resistant,Huabei 48 and xiangshu 75\|55 were resistant when D value was 0 31.The disease resistance of six different varieties were determined with crude toxin obtained from different pathogenicitive strains of Ralstonia solanacearum with methods of leaf\|cutting, injecting,spraying and root\|irrigating,analysised comprehensively with the software of Lotus 1\|2\|3 using t test,the results showed that the method of cutting leaf was the best inoculating way.
