摘 要:应用聚丙烯酰胺垂直平板凝胶电泳技术 ,对福建省香菇生产上 2 4个常用菌株的酯酶同工酶进行测定 ,发现各菌株在酶谱上有丰富的表达 ,并呈现很强的特异性 ,且在 Rf值 0 .4 81处都出现一条稳定一致的基本酶带。进一步采用 Fuzzy聚类法进行数量分析表明 ,品种间隶属度在[0 .667,1]之间 ,当隶属度为 0 .90 0时将 2 4个菌株分类 ,可得一类为中低温小朵型类 ,而其它菌株自成一类 ,各具特色 ,但温型偏高 。The esterase isozyme of twenty\|four strains,which were widely cultivated in Fujian Province,were examined by polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis.The results show that there were plentiful expression and great specificity on isozyme patterns among strains.They had one steady identical basic isozyme band at 0 481 of Rf value.Further quantitative analysis using Fuzzy clustering indicated that the degree of Rf value ranged from 0 667 to 1 000 among strains.The twenty\|four strains can be separated into two groups when the degree of Rf value was 0 900.One included the strains that fruit body were small and the fruiting temperature was middle\|low, the other included the strains which had styles of different characteristic with large fruit body and high fruiting temperature.
